To help take the worry out we ask for a 10% deposit and the rest on completion for jobs under $10,000.00 and a very homeowner friendly payment schedule for jobs over $10,000.00. Our Screened Porches and Sunrooms are architecturally integrated with your existing home providing much needed additional square footage of living space as well as enhancing the overall value of your home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Creative Design Builders reflects in it's name the primary skills and interest of not only the owners but of all individuals it employees. Creativity is inherent in all of our Building Designs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Creative Design Builders sets itself apart from all others with their quality of workmanship. All structures are uniquely designed with the existing home's architecture and owner's personality used as engineering and design points. Our beautifully trimmed-out screenrooms and sunrooms are truely "rooms" integrated with the existing home. Our open decks, patios and all outdoor living spaces are built to sustain the highest level of functionality, useability and long lasting enjoyment.
